I had a fantastic experience with the amazing junior stylist Lotte at Element Aveda that I just had to give a review! Her understanding of what my goals are for my hair, helping me to put those goals into words haha, and working out how to get me there are incredible. The entire team at Element Aveda are so welcoming, friendly, professional and passionate. I had a very relaxing neck massage with a beautiful smelling and relaxing oil, and a hand massage as well. I felt so pampered! I was offered water, tea and coffee. They look after their clients. I now have Lotte booked on repeat, and I highly recommended her and the salon to anyone looking for a really great experience.

Excellent service and experience as always. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome and relaxed. The team are all friendly and make sure you are well cared for during your time in the salon. Lauren always takes the time to consult with me about my hair care needs and always delivers. The colour, cut and finish are always absolutely stunning and my hair, despite the countless treatments it has had over the years before Aveda, always feels soft, conditioned and well cared for after each and every visit to the Subiaco salon. I cannot recommend Lauren and the team highly enough.

Found by chance. Lady on the phone was very helpful, took the time to accomodate and got me a booking for next day. Consult was very thorough and thoughtful, a custom colour was made for me. Shoulder massage, hand massage… asked if I wanted a drink multiple times and felt very pampered. Love that their products are plant based. It was such a great experience this is now my regular salon. Thank you
